Short Summary:
We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Berlin. As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:
- Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections
- Research, document, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted, and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
- Other duties as needed

Requirement:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
- Fluent in Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish and English; additional European language is a plus
- Proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
- Organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
- Proficient with technology
- Able to multi-task with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks
