Customer Advocacy Specialist

About the Role 

NinjaOne is seeking a Customer Advocacy & Community Specialist to own and grow our customer advocacy and community programs across EMEA. Reporting to the Director of Community, this person will be the regional voice of our customers by surfacing their stories, hosting them in our owned and external communities, and turning their enthusiasm into visible proof points for prospective buyers. You'll work cross-functionally with product, events, and marketing teams to build a vibrant, engaged EMEA-based community of NinjaOne power users and advocates. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building relationships with customers, moderating online conversations, and coordinating logistics with internal stakeholders. 

Location – Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany (in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) 

What You’ll be Doing 

• Customer Storytelling: Identify and execute the creation of customer success stories across Germany, the UK, and France, from sourcing and outreach through interview and final asset production. 

• Livestreams & Community Programming: Plan and run livestreams that feature NinjaOne power users alongside product team members, driving engagement and product visibility. 

• Community Moderation: Serve as the point person for moderating EMEA-based discussions on the NinjaOne Discord server as well as monitoring and engaging in external community platforms such as Reddit. 

• Reviews Management: Own the generation, monitoring, analysis, and response to customer reviews from EMEA-based customers across relevant review platforms. 

• Events Coordination: Partner with the EMEA events team to identify and coordinate power users and community members as attendees and speakers at regional events. 

• User Group Development: Launch and grow User Group initiatives across EMEA, including both virtual and in-person meetups 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the point person for keeping the EMEA marketing team informed of community activity, sentiment, and insights. Identify and execute on collaboration opportunities between community programs and broader marketing initiatives. 

About You 

• Fluency in English, German, and French required 

• Experience in customer advocacy, community management, or customer marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment 

• Demonstrated experience moderating or managing online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit, forums) 

• Experience with review platform management (e.g., TrustPilot, G2, Capterra, TrustRadius) 

• Comfort hosting and producing livestreams and other video-based content 

• Willingness to travel for regional events 

• Existing relationships or experience within the IT/MSP (Managed Service Provider) 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives across countries and stakeholders 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formal (reviews, marketing) and informal (community, Discord) contexts 

• Experience coordinating with events teams or supporting in-person/virtual event logistics
