Short Summary:
New Era Technology is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure, Workplace Technology, Network, and Corporate Real Estate projects for one of our global enterprise clients. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex office build-outs, technology infrastructure deployments, office relocations, workplace transformation, and end-user technology projects across regional/global environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent, high-value projects across regional business units.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, governance, and success criteria.
- Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, and implementation plans.
- Manage Corporate Real Estate technology initiatives including office build-outs, relocations, modernization, and network infrastructure deployments.
- Develop project budgets and financial forecasts, manage project costs, and track financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, Corporate Real Estate teams, technology teams, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, manage project scope, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies and foster collaboration.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Strong experience managing Real Estate, Office Build-out, Workplace Technology, Infrastructure, or Network projects.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex enterprise projects.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
- Strong vendor and contract management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Clarity, Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
