Short Summary:
As part of our continued growth, Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners. We are looking for a Team Lead Analyst (CRM Vertical) to join our Data Analytics department.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM analysts — task distribution, quality review, professional development.
- Deliver actionable insights to the CRM department to support campaign, retention, and lifecycle decisions.
- Analyze CRM activities and performance: campaigns, communications, client segmentation, retention flows.
- Help the CRM team move toward data-driven decision-making across bonus mechanics, communication cadence, and client targeting.
- Design and interpret dashboards to track CRM KPIs for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams on cross-functional CRM initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM-related tracking and reporting.

Requirement:
- Proven experience in CRM activity analysis (campaigns, client segmentation, communication performance).
- Experience leading or mentoring an analytics team is preferred.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Python and analytical libraries (pandas, numpy, etc.).
- Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analytical tasks.
- Strong communication skills — ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Russian - Native, English - B2+.
- Nice to Have: Experience building dashboards in Tableau. Familiarity with CRM systems and their data structures.
