Join the People & Culture team at mySugr to support day-to-day processes, onboarding, recruitment, and personal development measures starting September 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding experience and recruitment processes
- Support the administrative side of People & Culture
- Help implement new tools for employee development
Requirement:
- Passion for gaining experience in People & Culture
- Great reliability, integrity, and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational talent and high level of accuracy
- Proactive learner with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Native level written and verbal communication in English
- EU citizen or valid Austrian work permit
