The Senior Product Operations Specialist will manage high-impact operating programs and improve processes as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Own Mercury's Product Launch Program, ensuring clear ownership and high-quality launches.
- Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program, coordinating rotations and enhancing the development experience.
- Build and Own PM Onboarding, improving the onboarding experience for new Product Managers.
- Drive Product Culture programming to strengthen Mercury's product culture through various initiatives.
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs across multiple departments to maintain momentum and clarity.
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
- Strong systems thinking and a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Excellent judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A product mindset with a focus on user needs and continuous improvement.
- A bias toward action with sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
