We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.<br>The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Program Management consultants lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to bring value and drive growth. You will ensure effective identification of risks and pro-active solutioning to mitigate risks and impact on timelines.<br>Client Impact<br>• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on multiple large, complex high-value projects across a range of industries, problem statements, and cultures<br>• Utilize proven, accredited project and change management methodologies and techniques to help clients drive measurable value<br>• Define scope, timelines, and budget and perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses<br>• Report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines and summarize effectively, offering analysis, options, and credible solutions<br>• Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner <br><br>Team Collaboration & Culture<br>• Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations<br>• Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project team members to address client problems<br>• Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management <br>• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development, being a strong brand ambassador for Mastercard and Data & Services<br>• Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior team members<br><br><br>Qualifications<br>Basic qualifications<br>• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques<br>• 4-7 years of Project Management experience<br>• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies<br>• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders <br>• Logical, structured thinking<br>• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills<br>• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<br>• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)<br>• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs<br>• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis<br><br>Preferred qualifications<br>• Experience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business<br>• Experience coaching junior consultants <br>• Have completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)<br>• Knowledge of Project Management tools<br>• Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants<br>• MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Corporate Security Responsibility</b></p><p style="text-align:left"><br />All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:</p><ul><li><p style="text-align:left">Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left">Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left">Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left">Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>
