Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join the Developer Compass team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and frontend applications that support the Developer Compass platform.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.
- Build and maintain microservices supporting Developer Compass capabilities.
- Integrate with internal enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Design solutions following Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) principles.
- Participate in technical design discussions and architectural reviews.
- Develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Work with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Implement messaging and integration solutions using Azure Service Bus.
- Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in code reviews and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver customer value.

Requirement:
- Must have: React, Java, Spring Boot OR .NET Core, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes & Docker, PostgreSQL, REST API Development, Event-Driven Architecture, GitHub Actions / CI-CD, Agile Scrum.
- Nice to have: Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, Helm Charts, SonarQube, LeanIX, Microservice Architecture.
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate.
