Short Summary:
Luxoft is initiating the development of a solution designed to generate investment insights based on sales and research materials, leveraging advanced Agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business team, business analysts, and architects to understand new requirements and identify system changes.
- Collaborate daily with development team, designers, copywriters, and other IT teams.
- Develop and present recommendations from analysis of current solutions.
- Assist in design peer reviews, code peer reviews, and build and unit test functional enhancements.
- Identify areas for code refactoring and contribute to development process improvements.
- Offer solutions and designs to solve process, project, or program issues.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical audiences and produce design documents for various audience types.
- Exhibit technical thought leadership and problem-solving ability.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience with Python and a track record of clean, maintainable, testable production code.
- Production API design & delivery (FastAPI preferred), including versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability.
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred) beyond core compute/storage/DB.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Debugging & problem-solving skills with strong ownership across the SDLC.
- Experience with Generative AI & ML, including building agents, vector databases, and LLM integration.
