Short Summary:
Loft Orbital's mission is to make space simple by deploying customer missions on satellite infrastructure. The Customer Delivery Manager connects product development to customer value, ensuring the team has the right tools and plans to execute missions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions, coordinating work across teams.
- Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio, maintaining the catalog of capabilities.
- Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to ensure they have the necessary capabilities and plans.
- Connect Customer Delivery to Loft's product organization by managing new feature deployments.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and status clarity through internal reviews.
- Engage directly with customers on mission development scope and schedules.
- Continuously improve Customer Delivery processes and workflows.
Requirement:
- ~8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
- ~3 years as an Engineering Program Manager or Product-focused Technical Program Manager.
- Experience deploying products into production environments.
- Knowledge of the satellite or aerospace industry.
- Experience working directly with external customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
