Short Summary:
The successful candidate will play an important role in developing and delivering highly visible solutions, with primary responsibility for software development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and enhance existing functionality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through implementation, testing, and production release.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes, system performance, and overall solution quality.
Requirement:
- Experienced software developer with proven experience in end-to-end design, development, and support of large-scale data processing systems built on RDBMS technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
- Strong Java development experience, including advanced knowledge of multi-threading concepts.
- Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka is an advantage.
- Background in Oracle PL/SQL development and SQL tuning is a plus.
- Experience with scripting in Linux shell and/or Python is a plus.
- Development experience with functional programming languages, such as Haskell, is an advantage.
