Product Implementation Manager

Join our Product Implementation Team, where we partner with hospitals to make a real impact on patient care by improving bed and staffing allocation and streamline the patient journey. We’re focused on driving meaningful change that boosts efficiency, ensuring patients get the right care at the right time without unnecessary delays. In this role, you will work closely with hospital customers, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our technology that optimizes patient throughput and hospital capacity management. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, customer success, or implementation management
• At least 3 years of experience in a role that is quantitative and data intensive 
• Experience with healthcare IT systems including EHR data structures, HL7 messaging standards, and healthcare interoperability frameworks
• A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention; you’re the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practice
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% 

• Experience working on enterprise software products
• Experience and passion for process improvement and Lean or Six Sigma training
• A graduate degree from one of the following programs: MS, MHA, MBA
