Responsibilities:
- The end-to-end recruitment process for business critical roles.
- Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to hire high-impact talent.
- Analyze recruitment and HR KPIs (Time to Fill, Headcount, Hiring Quality, Early Attrition) and drive improvements.
- Lead Pre-onboarding, and support HR processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Improve recruitment processes through automation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirement:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for Last Mile Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
- B1–B2 English (interviews and some business conversations).
- Medium-advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Lever).
