Short Summary:
This is a contract role for a Startup Success Manager position supporting one of JeffreyM's clients in the tech industry, managing a portfolio of high potential startup partners. The contract is expected to run through 6/30/27, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 40 late-stage startups and act as the main point of contact for startup relationship while in the program
- Maintain all systems of record for the portfolio
- Execute a deep marketing/sales review with each startup, providing feedback on messaging and positioning
- Advise startups on go-to-market strategies to leverage the client's brand, channel, and ecosystem
- Build joint targeted Go-To-Market plans focused on generating pipeline and accelerating deal closure
- Ensure startups publish transactable offers in the Marketplace
- Support startups in achieving applicable incentives and utilizing Partner Center
- Educate and prepare startups on selling with the client
- Facilitate connections with the client's field sellers and other internal communities
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure build milestones are met
- Evangelize startup success across the company
Requirement:
- 7-15 years’ experience in marketing, business development, partner management, and/or sales
- Proven success in developing Go-To-Market plans with early-stage companies
- Experience in cloud technology sales and development or startup environments
- Strong networking capabilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools
- Results-driven with strong analytical skills and communication abilities
- Strong cross-group collaboration skills and ability to work autonomously
