The role of Talent Sourcer involves building a sourcing engine that operates like a high-performing sales team, requiring expertise in proactive sourcing and collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and run advanced Boolean/X-ray searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Build sharp Ideal Candidate Profiles with hiring managers
- Own sourcing pipelines across multiple concurrent roles
- Run high-volume, personalized outreach and sharpen messaging based on response data
- Screen candidates before handoff to the hiring team
- Document playbooks/SOPs
- Track sourcing metrics and act on them
- Flag ineffective search strategies and rebuild them

Requirement:
- 5+ years of sourcing experience with deep Boolean/LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- Track record of filling hard or senior roles through proactive sourcing
- Sourcing experience across multiple functions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Systems thinking and documentation skills
- Comfort owning multiple concurrent searches with real autonomy
