In this role, you will work closely with users, design, and engineering teams to shape products that are not only functional, but truly understood and adopted by customers. You will play a key role in defining workflows, improving usability, and ensuring product quality at every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of our products with a strong focus on user needs and usability
- Work directly with users and stakeholders to identify, validate, and deeply understand real problems
- Translate business and user requirements into structured, actionable product specifications
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in close collaboration with engineering and design teams
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across the product experience
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to create intuitive and scalable solutions
- Analyze workflows and continuously improve user journeys and product interactions
- Support product decisions with structured thinking, research, and feedback loops
Your profile
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role
- Strong design background or deep understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience working on digital products or software platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align different stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong quality standards
- Experience working directly with users and customers
- Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B software environments
- Familiarity with Agile product development processes
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, or Confluence
- Technical understanding of software development workflows
- Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing
