Industrious Labs is seeking a Senior Field Strategist to lead efforts in decarbonizing the cement industry, focusing on building coalitions and developing strategies to support sustainable practices in the Global South.
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain diverse coalitions of stakeholders.
- Recruit and develop a Global Cement Network with a shared vision.
- Execute field-building strategies in key locations.
- Engage with leaders and organizations to support campaign goals.
- Collaborate on advocacy plans for cement transformation.
- Design and implement training for stakeholders.
- Identify partners to accelerate action and leverage resources.
Requirement:
- 5–8 years of coalition organizing, power-building, or movement-building experience.
- Experience in climate or social justice.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally.
