Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise-level Product Support to customers and partners via chat and ticketing.
- Empower customers to maximize the platform and grow their businesses.
- Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation to drive best practices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer and system issues.
- Become a platform expert and collaborate with cross-department teams on customer needs and product suggestions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized with excellent time management.
- Team player with adaptability.
- Customer-centric with a passion for providing a great experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility and motivated self-starter.
- Curiosity to identify, research, and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Word/Excel/PPT and strong document editing ability.
- Open to working weekend and holiday shifts.
- Familiarity with APIs, FTPs, HTML/CSS, and affiliate marketing (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Technical Support, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Service Quality Management is preferable.
