Short Summary:
As a Creator Consulting Manager, you will design and optimize performance creator programs, working directly with brand teams and agencies to translate needs into actionable strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and teaching ability, aimed at shaping the future of performance creator marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Design profitable programs that scale
- Build and optimize end-to-end strategies for performance creator programs
- Partner with enterprise advertisers to establish creator centers of excellence
- Architect compensation strategies for creators
- Develop integrated casting and recruitment strategies
- Design creator communications strategies and workflows
- Create affiliate-optimized creative strategies
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for brand teams
- Collaborate with Creator Solutions and Relations on program management
- Apply advanced measurement approaches to demonstrate impact

Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing strategies
- Extensive knowledge of performance, affiliate, and creator marketing
- Proficiency with performance creator platforms like LTK and ShopMy
- Expert-level public speaking and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong project management discipline
