Title: Project Manager (Insurance/Insurtech Sector) - Full Remote EU

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Operating across North America, Asia, and Europe, this company powers digital, data-driven connections between insurers, distributors, and customers. As Project Manager, you'll drive high-impact client and internal projects that directly shape the future of insurance technology in Europe.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll manage tech and business-related projects end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through delivery — working cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and partners. Responsibilities include building project charters and RACI matrices, running steering meetings and stand-ups, tracking risks and critical path, and reporting progress to stakeholders. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, in cross-country, fast-paced environments, with occasional short-term travel.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions in insurance, telco, banking, or mobility (digital or retail domains)
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Fluent English (verbal and written) — required

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Additional language: Spanish, German, or French
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Exposure to Agile project management and development processes
• Technical development background or ability to understand/communicate technical concepts
• Experience balancing hands-on problem solving with team coordination

Compensation: €2,100 – €2,700/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
