About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build the revenue funnel for our new product: Ad Studio,  an AI-powered creative platform for performance marketing teams. It turns performance data, market trends, competitor activity, brand guidelines, and existing creative assets into on-brand ad concepts at scale. You’ll own the full growth marketing motion: paid ads, webinars, lead generation, and content that earns attention in the market. 

If you’re an expert performance marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to build a revenue engine for a breakout product at a hypergrowth startup, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale growth channels for Ad Studio: Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and emerging channels. Ideate and create lead magnets to anchor the funnel. 
• Measure everything: Build reporting on funnel conversion, CPL, and pipeline. Use the data to make decisions on budget distribution and future testing plans.
• Move like a founder: Set your own roadmap, experiment often, and treat Ad Studio’s pipeline like it’s your own company’s.

What We’re Looking For

• Performance marketing expertise: 5+ years running paid acquisition and demand gen at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven record of driving pipeline and revenue.
• Founder mentality: Your default is “I’ll go do it myself.” You’ve built programs from 0 → 1 and you’re energized by a blank slate.
• Builder instincts: Hands-on with AI tools and curious to learn and build
• Strong writing: You can write a blog post that takes a stance and earns attention, and ad copy that stops the scroll.
• Analytical rigor: Deep comfort with funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design. Ability to tell a story through data.
• Hypergrowth appetite: You want the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that come with a breakout product at a fast-scaling startup.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience marketing to marketers, or a background in adtech, martech, or creative tooling.
• Prior founder, founding marketer, or early-stage startup experience.
• Familiarity with CDPs, data warehouses, or the modern data stack ecosystem.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 USD per year, which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
