The Associate Manager, Growth Marketing will be a key member of the Growth team assisting in day-to-day campaign management, creative strategy and analytics of our key digital channels. With the guidance and support of senior team members, they will work to drive growth in new customers and gross margin with a focus on efficiency and scale. They will get exposure to a variety of digital marketing channels including paid social, paid search, affiliates and display to better understand our marketing touchpoints and how users interact with our brand. They will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Marketing, Site, and Merch teams. 

• 1-4 years of experience managing digital marketing channels, like paid social or paid search
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics to measure performance and identify actionable insights
• Strong excel skills and the ability to analyze campaign and creative performance and make recommendations for optimizations based on your learnings.  
• Understanding of other digital marketing channels including paid search and paid social  
• Genuine sense of curio­­sity and ability to develop testing plans from hypothesis to measurement and iteration  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in workload
• Ability to thrive and adapt in high growth, rapidly changing environment
