Get to Know the Role

• As the Assistant Marketing Manager - Mobility, you will independently lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated mobility marketing campaigns that help grow Grab's Mobility business in Malaysia
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Commercial, CRM, Analytics, PR, Product, and external agencies. These teams will help translate our goals into applicable, clear Go-To-Marketing (GTM) campaigns.
• To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have a clear understanding of end-to-end marketing strategies and go-to-market coordination, and can break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.
• You will be reporting to the Mobility Marketing Manager, Grab Malaysia

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

50% Marketing Communications and Go-to-Market Campaign Lead

• Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities.
• Manage reporting across marketing campaigns, using data to lead better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
• Work with all key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events , for Grab.

30% Lead Marketing Strategy

• Drive business growth across all target segments through acquisition and retention plans that achieve business targets and build long-term user habits.

20% Curate Marketing Insights

• Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to analyse insights into how consumers are using our platform and translate these into campaigns.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or any relevant.
• Experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, e-commerce or related industries.
• Commercial understanding to develop marketing strategies in consideration of our priorities
• Problem solving mindset by anticipating challenges and proactively propose solutions.
• Experience with above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) touch points. You must also have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing roll out for new campaigns (e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, driver-partner campaigns)
• Data-driven approach to marketing, using insights and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve campaigns.
• Creative mindset with experience collaborating with creative teams to produce impactful marketing assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms.
