The Business Operations & Strategy team at GetYourGuide is the engine behind our commercial growth — turning strategic ambition into operational reality. We work across the full supplier acquisition lifecycle, combining data-driven insight, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure GetYourGuide offers the world’s most compelling inventory of travel experiences. Within Business Operations & Strategy, the Inside Sales mission team is responsible for the strategy and economics of our outsourced Inside Sales channel — our highest-velocity route to acquiring new suppliers and activities. As Revenue Operations Manager for Inside Sales, you will own the strategic direction, financial performance, and scalability of this channel: building the forecasting and unit-economics framework that governs it, designing the systems and processes that drive its growth, and ensuring our vendor partnership operates as one well-governed lever within a much larger machine.

Your mission

You will define the strategy and economics behind GetYourGuide's fastest-growing supplier acquisition channel — building the models, forecasts, and processes that let us scale it predictably and profitably. You will work closely with Commercial, Data, and Finance to turn channel performance into clear strategic decisions.

• Own the channel's financial and operating model — building forecasts, tracking unit economics (cost per acquisition, ROI, lifetime value), and using them to guide investment and resourcing decisions
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve channel efficiency through data analysis, tooling, and automation — including the application of AI tools where relevant
• Translate complex operational and commercial questions into clear, actionable plans, and communicate progress and priorities to senior stakeholders
• Set the channel's targets and KPIs, and build the analytical frameworks (funnel conversion, cohort performance, benchmarking) needed to track and improve them
• Act as the analytical backbone connecting Commercial, Data, and Product — translating channel performance into clear recommendations and trade-offs for senior stakeholders

Your toolkit

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Analytics in a fast-paced environment — ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or platform company
• Data-driven and analytically rigorous — you build forecasts, unit-economics models, and business cases using tools like Excel, SQL, or Looker (or similar), and use them to guide investment decisions
• Strategic thinker who can break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans and bring others along with a compelling narrative
• Strong operational acumen with a test-and-learn mindset — you iterate based on data and hold yourself accountable to outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, with concrete examples of impact
