Short Summary:
Gecko Robotics is seeking an Enterprise Security Engineer to help build and operate systems that protect people, devices, applications, and sensitive data. The role focuses on endpoint and device security, identity security, and enterprise detections, aiming to eliminate friction in security processes.

Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and operate endpoint-management, device-compliance, and browser-security controls.
- Own and improve identity security, including Okta policies and lifecycle controls.
- Create paths for employees to adopt approved AI tooling while protecting sensitive data.
- Partner with IT Engineering to solve shared problems and reduce friction.
- Build and tune enterprise detections; lead incident response and coordinate remediation.
- Establish governance for the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Travel up to 20% to support enterprise security initiatives.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Security Engineering or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and EDR solutions.
- Experience with identity and access management platforms.
- Familiarity with regulated data and security frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
