Short Summary:
The Recruiting Director (APAC) leads Talent Acquisition strategy for Global Technology Sales (GTS) and Global Business Services (GBS) across APAC, managing a recruiting leadership team and driving global hiring goals through analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leaders and recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Design and implement region-specific recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and report on hiring performance.
- Partner with APAC business leaders to anticipate workforce demands and define hiring goals.
- Utilize all relevant talent channels to enhance recruiting capability.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to support recruitment initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment operations ensuring process efficiency and compliance.
- Manage team's workload and adjust resources for optimal performance.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 8-10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in people management.
- Demonstrated integrity, collaboration, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to engage and lead senior executives in developing solutions.
- Experience managing multiple relationships and volume vacancies.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
