Short Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of Gartner's conference technology platforms and supporting infrastructure. You will lead the adoption of SRE best practices and partner with engineering teams to improve service reliability through automation and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve SRE strategy, standards, and best practices across multiple application teams.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point during major incidents, driving root-cause analysis.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and stability across the application portfolio.
- Participate in operational support and on-call rotation shifts.
- Resolve incidents in production and conduct blameless postmortems.
- Oversee, design, implement, and manage DevOps capabilities.
- Collaborate and share lessons learned regarding performance and reliability issues.
- Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual operational work.

Requirement:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
- Strong command of SRE concepts (SLI/SLOs, error budgets).
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and back-end technologies (Java, .NET Core/C#, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and APM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles.
