Short Summary:
Manage member relationships and assist them in achieving their Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging Gartner assets. Define and deliver innovative solutions tailored to member needs and participate in all phases of the member lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Manage 25-30 member relationships and participate in account planning.
- Assist members in achieving their priorities using Gartner resources.
- Create service solutions for members and multi-member accounts.
- Conduct on-site briefings and participate in member lifecycle phases.
- Responsible for member retention and growth in the region.
- Host and participate in member activities, including workshops and webinars.

Requirement:
- University graduate (Masters preferred) with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior Sourcing, VM, Procurement, or IT Finance roles.
- In-depth understanding of the IT industry and experience with strategy development and initiative management.
- Excellent relationship management skills and experience working with senior technology and business leaders.
- Ability to travel 25% and upwards.
