Short Summary:
Front is the customer operations platform built for B2B complexity, enabling companies to scale without losing connection. The Core Product Experience (CPX) team focuses on enhancing the Front application, particularly the inbox and related functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact, complex initiatives.
- Own technical execution from problem framing to implementation and iteration.
- Drive decisions and deliver reliably and on time.
- Influence architecture, state management, API design, and performance strategy.
- Champion UX craft and product thinking, advocating for user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape requirements and align on tradeoffs.
- Improve testing, observability, and engineering standards across frontend and backend.
- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirement:
- Strong fullstack experience across systems and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading projects and delivering complex work timely.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Agile mindset, comfortable with learning new technologies.
