Short Summary:
At Formlabs, we’re building tools that enable anyone to bring their ideas to life. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to shape the future of our website and software ecosystem, collaborating across various teams to create innovative user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own product experiences from early exploration through successful launch.
- Partner closely with engineering and product management to simplify complex technical problems.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities across our software ecosystem.
- Conduct user research to validate ideas and uncover meaningful customer insights.
- Prototype ideas and guide features from early concepts to polished production experiences.
- Regularly evaluate the end-to-end customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present concepts and strategic initiatives to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Help design and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across products.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted workflows to improve design processes.
Requirement:
- Exceptional problem solver with a focus on creating cohesive experiences.
- Proven track record of taking products from ambiguous ideas to successful launch.
- Deep expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows.
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in Agile environments.
