Responsibilities:
- Get and stay close to the work, ensuring quality issues are caught early.
- Deliver a step-change in product and interface quality.
- Build a partnership with the Chief Product Officer and the broader business.
- Make delivery visible and accountable with real cadences.
- Build and retain a high-caliber team, assessing and developing the engineering organization.
- Develop the long-range staffing strategy for US and India-based teams.
- Integrate AI into product development and member experience.
- Ensure platform security and compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirement:
- Mission-driven, with a strong bias for action and hands-on leadership.
- Strong consumer technology experience with a record of building commercially viable products.
- An accountable owner who drives decisions to closure and holds high standards.
- Excellent communicator, able to align technical and business audiences.
- Fluent in AI with a pragmatic approach to its application in business.
