Short Summary:
Join Fi's mission to transform the human-pet relationship by working directly with rescue organizations to ensure dogs are tracked and safe. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing workflows that impact the lives of pets across the country.

Responsibilities:
- Own the rescue order queue, reviewing incoming GPS tracker and microchip orders.
- Onboard new rescue partners and manage activation calls.
- Be the voice of the program, handling day-to-day communication with rescue partners.
- Triage support escalations and work with the CX team on account issues.
- Maintain clean partner records in CRM and support campaigns and events.
- Contribute to strategy by researching large rescue organizations.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirement:
- Current college student or recent grad in business, marketing, communications, or animal science.
- Organized, reliable, and a clear, friendly writer.
- Sound judgment and AI savvy, with a desire to build automations.
- Comfortable with new tools (CRM, Slack, internal systems).
- Bonus: love for dogs or experience volunteering with shelters.
