Short Summary:
Federato is on a mission to defend the right to efficient, equitable insurance for all. The Infrastructure team is responsible for the platform that powers everything, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, overseeing both SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams.
- Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure, improving reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive the team's roadmap and execution, identifying opportunities to mature processes and reduce operational risk.
- Represent the Infrastructure organization with executive leadership and customers.
- Remain technically engaged by reviewing architecture and providing technical guidance.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years leading high-performing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams.
- Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers.
- Strong background in building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
