Short Summary:
The Integrated Campaigns and Programs Manager – EMEA will drive pipeline growth through planning and executing integrated marketing programs, including digital campaigns, ABM, and virtual events. This role bridges global strategy and regional execution, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated campaign and program strategies aligned to EMEA business objectives, focusing on ABM for priority accounts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels, ABM platforms, and field programs.
- Translate global campaigns into effective regional execution, ensuring relevance and maximum impact.
- Partner with regional sales and marketing to align account plans and optimize funnel performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and optimize programs based on insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for consistent program delivery across EMEA.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign management in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Gen AI use case adoption in marketing and experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
