CRM Automation Expert

As a CRM Automation Expert, you will be responsible for the technical setup, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and programs across multiple channels. From building responsive, high-quality email templates to managing audience segmentation, and orchestrating campaigns across email, App push, and WhatsApp/SMS, you will play a key role in developing a scalable, data-driven CRM ecosystem.
 You will work closely with CRM Marketing Managers, MarTech team, data teams, and external partners to turn business requirements into impactful, personalized customer experiences.

• Build and optimize CRM campaigns: Set up, execute, and maintain multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated programs across email, App push, and WhatsApp/SMS.
• Develop advanced email experiences: Create modern, responsive email templates, components, and modules using advanced HTML/CSS skills and email development best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions: Partner with CRM Marketing Managers to transform campaign concepts and requirements into scalable technical implementations.
• Orchestrate cross-channel programs: Build and manage customer journeys across email, App push, WhatsAPP/SMS, leveraging platforms such as CDPs, CMPs, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Own marketing technology capabilities: Act as a subject-matter expert for CRM and marketing automation platforms. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Braze, OneTrust, Treasure Data, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proactively implement new platform capabilities and features.
• Leverage AI in CRM: Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities to improve customer segmentation, personalization, content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing automation. Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities within CRM and marketing technology platforms and identify opportunities to integrate them into CRM processes.
• Work with customer data: Manage data sources and mappings, create audiences and lists, and leverage customer data for segmentation and personalization.
• Support data integrations: Collaborate with technical and data teams to implement and optimize new data integrations within the marketing technology ecosystem.
• Ensure quality and compliance: Apply CRM best practices around deliverability, subscriber management, tracking, personalization, and GDPR compliance.

CRM Automation Expert (all genders) - Hybrid

• 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and the technical implementation of campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including subscriber and list management, deliverability, personalization, tracking, and GDPR compliance.
• Advanced HTML and SQL skills; experience with JavaScript and/or Python is a plus.
• Solid experience with tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Exactag.
• Experience working with customer data, segmentation, personalization, data mappings, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel CRM and marketing automation concepts.
• A data-driven, analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Fluent business English (B2+ or higher); German language skills are a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
