Short Summary:
As a Team Lead for digital euro online use cases, you will manage a team defining the digital euro online use cases, including standards and requirements for various digital euro payment methods.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the work to define the product features for the online digital euro.
- Refine proposed use cases by specifying functional and non-functional requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including Eurosystem national central banks and standard-setting organizations.
- Manage day-to-day tasks of team members, ensuring deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with other team leads for cross-functional support.
Requirement:
- Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in retail payments or large-scale consumer-facing payment products.
- Expert knowledge of the payments system landscape.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and team management.
- C1 English proficiency and B1 in at least one other EU language.
