Engine is transforming business travel into a personalized and simple experience. We are looking for a communications partner to support our Product Delivery leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Embed with Product Delivery leadership and serve as the go-to comms partner.
- Translate complexity into clarity for technical and product strategies.
- Drive comms plans for major Product Delivery moments.
- Craft narratives and produce materials for various communications.
- Operate cross-functionally with other departments.
- Coach leaders on their communications.
- Design and maintain projects and automations for scalable communications.

Requirement:
- 7+ years in internal communications or related fields, ideally in tech or product-led companies.
- Experience supporting senior technical and product leaders.
- Genuine technical fluency and exceptional writing skills.
- Strong operational skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
