Short Summary:
Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, as a Retail Growth Intern. Support the Launch Managers in opening and operational setup of Emma stores across Europe, gaining hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Support the O&O Store Expansion team across various store openings in Portugal, Spain, Germany, and France.
- Own the post-negotiation operational workstream end-to-end, tracking and coordinating all pre-opening milestones.
- Act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, CX, Operations, and Business Development during store opening execution.
- Monitor and follow up on all post-negotiation actions to keep opening timelines on track.
- Play a meaningful role in Emma’s O&O store growth, including launching in France.

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
- Skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions.
- Interest in retail, logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry.
- Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus.
- Available for 6 months or more.
