Short Summary:
Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, and contribute to our mission of developing sleep comfort products. Work with a diverse international team focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor key KPIs and support fast decision-making through daily business reviews and performance steering.
- Streamline and automate performance tracking and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams for cross-functional analytics.
- Assist in media buying activities and investment decisions across paid channels.
- Drive deeper performance analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Requirement:
- Studying or graduated in business administration, media management, or related fields.
- Strong business sense or practical experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Available for at least 6 months.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
