WEBcon Developer / Low-Code BPM Developer

Elinext is an international IT company specializing in software development and integration for customers worldwide. We help businesses build reliable, scalable, and modern digital solutions across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a WEBcon Developer to join a project focused on business process automation, workflow management, and the digitalization of internal enterprise processes.

The role is a good fit for a developer or technical consultant with hands-on experience using WEBcon BPS and an understanding of BPM, workflow automation, document processes, approvals, and enterprise integrations.

We are particularly interested in specialists from the Polish market, where WEBcon technology is widely used across medium and large organizations.

✅Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using WEBcon BPS
• Configure and automate business processes and workflows
• Develop solutions for document flows, approvals, and internal enterprise processes
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the WEBcon platform
• Configure forms, workflows, business rules, and process logic
• Support integration of WEBcon solutions with external systems and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing WEBcon processes and applications
• Participate in requirements analysis and technical discussions with business stakeholders
• Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of implemented solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams

✅Requirements

• Commercial experience working with WEBcon BPS
• Practical experience developing and configuring workflows and business processes
• Good understanding of BPM and business process automation
• Experience with document workflows, approval processes, or similar enterprise solutions
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into working applications
• Experience maintaining and improving existing WEBcon solutions
• Understanding of integrations between WEBcon and other enterprise systems
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Good communication skills
• English sufficient for working in an international environment

❤️Nice to Have

• Experience working with WEBcon solutions for medium or large enterprises
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Appian, or other BPM / low-code platforms
• Experience communicating directly with business stakeholders Polish language skills
