Short Summary:
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming technology interaction. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Nordic enterprises, leveraging AI voice technology to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Nordics.
- Identify new business opportunities for ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, translating AI voice technology into measurable business value.
- Develop a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and its application in regulated Nordic industries.
- Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and its value across various customer support functions.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals.
- Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering for smooth onboarding and account expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on trends in generative AI and voice interfaces.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI.
- Proven success in closing deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Well-connected in the Nordic enterprise landscape with strong executive presence.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Nordics.
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Passion for voice and audio AI.
- Native or full professional proficiency in English; Swedish preferred.
