As a IT Project Management Team Lead role we are looking for in theSRG team you will be in charge of:</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of IT Project Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of their projects while fostering professional development and team growth through tailored coaching and performance management.</li> <li>Value & Impact: Proactively drive business value and measurable impact by aligning project outcomes with corporate strategic goals and optimizing delivery processes.</li> <li>Resource & Dependency Management: Facilitate cross-team resource allocation and manage critical dependencies between IT teams, business units, and product stakeholders.</li> <li>Process Excellence: Standardize and evolve project management methodologies, processes, and KPIs across the department to ensure a best-in-class approach.</li> <li>Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the Transformation Director on strategic initiatives, reporting on portfolio health, and identifying opportunities for organizational improvement.</li> <li>Governance: Act as a senior point of escalation for project stakeholders, ensuring that governance structures are effective and project sponsors remain engaged.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of the organizational context of eDreams ODIGEO, teaching best practices to the wider organization.</li> <li>Hands-on Project Delivery: Personally lead 1-2 high-stakes, strategic technology projects, serving as a model for project management excellence and tackling complex cross-functional challenges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong></p> <p style="color: #0499e4">Good to have</p> <p>Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
