Short Summary:
Join Easygo as a Senior Creative Operations Partner, driving operational excellence in the Visual Design function while collaborating with Creative Leaders, Product, Marketing, and stakeholders. Shape the studio's operational rhythm, manage resource planning, and optimize workflows in a high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational performance of the Visual Design function, balancing day-to-day delivery with strategic improvements.
- Own resource planning across a team of designers, forecasting needs and monitoring utilization.
- Manage design intake and work allocation, prioritizing requests with Design Team Leads and stakeholders.
- Ensure work is scheduled, tracked, and communicated, escalating delivery risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, supporting project planning and delivery readiness.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting, presenting insights to leadership.
- Use data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Optimize design workflows and governance, improving operational tooling and reducing administrative overhead.
- Support onboarding and integration of contractors and freelancers.

Requirement:
- 8+ years' experience in creative studio or agency production environments.
- Strong communication, time management, and workflow coordination skills.
- Experience in Design Operations, Creative Operations, or similar leadership roles.
- Proven ability to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics.
