Was Sie erwartet
- Eigenständige Überprüfung der BCBS‑239‑Compliance, Analyse, Prüfung der bereits umgesetzten Grundsätze, Beurteilung bestehender Governance‑Modelle, Zuständigkeiten und Kontrollverfahren sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzial
- Analyse der Datenlandschaft und Data‑Governance‑Strukturen, Untersuchung und Analyse der Datenherkunft (Data‑Lineage), Metadatenmanagement, Qualitätssicherungsrahmenwerken und technischer Infrastruktur; Identifikation und Einschätzung geschäftskritischer Datenelemente (CDEs) sowie qualitätsrelevanter Prüfpunkte
- Qualitätssicherung der Datenarchitektur & Data‑Governance‑Prozesse
- Unabhängige Validierungsdokumentation erstellen, Aufbereitung von Prüfergebnissen, Bewertung identifizierter Risiken, Ausarbeitung konkreter Empfehlungen und kompakter Management‑Zusammenfassungen
- Kommunikation an das DQ‑Board, den Vorstand und weitere relevante Entscheidungsträger
- Fortentwicklung des Validierungskonzepts, aktive Mitgestaltung von Methoden, Rahmenwerken, Prüflisten und Standards: Überwachungs‑Dashboards und automatisierter Lösungen für ein laufendes Monitoring
Was Sie mitbringen
- Erfolgreiches Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Beratung, Revision oder 2nd‑Line‑Funktion
- Breite/vertiefte Expertise in BCBS 239 und ECB Guide, RDARR, Datenarchitektur, Data‑Lineage, Kontrollframeworks und regulatorischen Standards
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Projekt- und Stakeholder‑Managementkompetenz (Risk, IT, Compliance, Fachbereiche)
- Erfahrung mit Validierungs- und Testmethoden (Datenprofiling, Reconciliations, Stichproben, Backtesting)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1/C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Exzellente, adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Fachbereiche, Aufsicht, Top-Management)
