Diligent is seeking an experienced leader to head the AI Solutions Architecture function, leading a team responsible for building and scaling AI/GenAI solutions across various business functions. This role combines people leadership with technical expertise, focusing on strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers.
- Define and communicate the strategy and roadmap for internal AI solutions.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
- Champion responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in software, data, or solutions engineering, with experience in production AI/GenAI.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, C#) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
