Delivery Manager

We invite an experienced Delivery Manager to join Dev.Pro and ensure operational excellence across a large-scale client account. In this role, you'll oversee delivery for a dedicated account segment spanning 10+ teams and more than 100 specialists. You'll drive stable, high-quality delivery, keep operations running smoothly, lead multiple Project Managers and technical leaders, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the software development outsourcing industry
• Experience in an IT outsourcing or managed services environment, focusing on execution and operational support
• Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists, including leading Team Leads, managers, and high-performing teams
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L 
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, and be seen by clients as a key leader
• Strong leadership, people-management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year

Desirable:

• Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams
• Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engineering teams while building strong client relationships, supporting managers, and maintaining operational excellence within a large outsourcing account.

• Ensure delivery stability by maintaining effective workflows, monitoring KPIs, and resolving operational issues
• Oversee quality control to ensure projects meet technical expectations and delivery standards
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through reliable service delivery and proactive communication
• Identify and escalate delivery risks early, coordinate corrective actions, and support client growth initiatives
• Oversee daily team operations, providing guidance and support to 4-5 direct reports
• Proactively manage team performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development
• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and support hiring to ensure effective resource allocation
