Short Summary:
Coursera is seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI to help define and drive the future of AI-powered learning. This role will shape Coursera's AI strategy and accelerate key AI initiatives, focusing on creating value for learners and institutions.

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for AI-powered products.
- Lead Coursera's highest-priority AI initiatives from concept through launch and scale.
- Identify opportunities to apply advances in AI to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Define success metrics and evaluation methodologies to measure AI quality and business impact.
- Serve as a thought partner to product and executive leadership on emerging AI technologies.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of product management experience leading technology products.
- Experience building and launching AI-powered products.
- Experience leading 0-to-1 product initiatives from concept validation through launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.
