Convex is seeking a Head of Developer Experience to lead the strategy and team focused on enhancing how developers and agents build on the Convex platform. This role involves creating documentation, shaping the developer narrative, and collaborating closely with engineering and founders.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy and point of view for developer success on Convex.
- Lead and grow the developer experience team, building out documentation over time.
- Own the Convex documentation and its information architecture.
- Craft the writing and developer narrative for various platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering and founders to create learnable content.
Requirement:
- Experience writing developer docs or technical content relied upon by real developers.
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in developer-facing or content roles.
- Ability to code or closely read code to ensure accuracy in examples.
- Genuine interest in AI's impact on software development.
- Willingness to work in-person at Convex's office in SF.
