We are seeking a strategic, data-minded Business Finance Manager with 3–5 years of experience to partner directly with executive leadership and drive unit economics optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast models across international business units.
- Deep dive into Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), retention rates, gross margins, and Lifetime Value (LTV) metrics to advise sales and marketing leadership.
- Partner with product and sales leaders to analyze pricing models, discount structures, and monetization strategies.
- Build automated financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track real-time revenue velocity and operational efficiency metrics.
- Prepare high-quality financial decks, variance analysis reports, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and investors.
- Streamline revenue recognition, cash-flow monitoring, and cost control processes.
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within a high-growth startup, Tech, SaaS, or EdTech company.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute, or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical capability; experience using SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or platform analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex financial numbers into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
