Short Summary:
Join our mission to provide governments with exceptional experiences. As an Engagement Manager II, you will ensure clients receive extraordinary service and outcomes, collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project lifecycles effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Clariti, System Integrators (SI), and customers to understand needs and define success.
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership to the Clariti Professional Services project team.
- Implement quality control processes and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project performance.
- Manage customer expectations throughout engagements.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT engagements in SaaS-based Professional Services.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
- Extensive experience applying project management and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence and ability to manage difficult customers.
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 40-50%.
